Kind Words From Past Conference Attendees
OB Shock Attendee, 2024
This conference was by far the best during my long career in academic medicine. Great lectures by passionate and clinically competent speakers; I also enjoyed the panels and subsequent discussions.
OB Shock Attendee, 2024
I enjoyed that the lectures were all relevant to everyday practice. The lecturers were amazing and from a variety of specialties. Please add a POCUS workshop for next time!
Addiction Medicine Attendee, 2024
“Grateful to each of the speakers for your time, dedication, and passion to filling a critical gap in the care of women. I took away invaluable information from each individual session that will help me to be a more compassionate, educated, and well-rounded provider and to better understand the nuances of treating SUD in the perinatal period. Thank you!”
OB Shock Attendee, 2024
This has been absolutely incredible. I have learned so much and each of you are a wealth of knowledge. Proud to know there are providers in the space dedicating so much time and passion to create change for this huge need. Thank you for allowing me to be here and learn from you.

FAQ
Unfortunately, not this time. In order to ensure everyone is able to participate in a workshop with minimal down time, we will be running POCUS and SUD concurrently. Both workshops have been meticulously planned to be high-yield, engaging, and fun!
Individual Ticket Cancellations:
Through January 31, 2026: Full refund, minus a $100 processing and administrative fee.
Feb 1-Feb 28: 50% refund of the original purchase price.
March 1-19: No refunds possible.
Group Purchases: We are happy to refund the entire group based on the above schedule, but cannot refund individual tickets that were purchased as a part of a group.
We are creating an educational experience that is tailored for in-person participation, but we understand that many of our attendees will want to revisit the information after the conference has concluded. Therefore, with purchase of a Premium Ticket, you will receive conference recordings for all sessions except for the workshops.
This is our third time hosting OB Shock. While we absolutely love hosting this in-person event, a number of practical factors will be considered before we are able to commit to making it an annual event. If you're thinking of attending, I wouldn't miss out on OB Shock 2026!
Yes. We have discounted prices for those in-training, as well as groups. We also have a number of need-based scholarships that you can apply for here!

If you are a recent graduate (4-6 weeks from your graduation date at the time of the conference) and not yet working, you may use the in-training discount. Please remember you will be asked to provide proof of in-training status after purchase.
If you have specific questions, please email us at safepartum@gmail.com.
Due to a limited number of seats in the POCUS workshop, purchase of an In-Training ticket only guarantees enrollment in the SUD workshop. If a trainee wishes to attend the POCUS workshop, they are welcome to upgrade to a Premium Ticket!
